Set directly on Dune Allen Beach, Beach House 30A serves all of your wedding needs and desires, from the wedding ceremony to accommodating your wedding guests. This spacious ten- bedroom and ten-bathroom beach house can also be divided into 3 separate rentals providing 2 four-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit, each unit with its own entrance and beach access. You and your guests will love sharing this very special time in your life together on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Beach House 30A.

My husband and I came here for our wedding and we immediately noticed that it was not going to be clean throughout. There was a lot of damaging upon our arrival and roaches/bugs throughout the house. 0/10 recommend!!!!

Graduation Getaway

The property fit our family dynamic to a tee. Two of our children, who are married, have children of their own so they each had a private floor where they could chill for a bit when the little ones needed rest time. Our other two married children are childless and we all had a floor to ourselves. We utilized the second floor as the main hub for all our family activities. Upon departure, each family unit voted to do it again next year.
