Pippa in Paradise is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Old Florida Village, a gated community in Blue Mountain Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Your stay includes a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes, and the neighborhood has two community pools.

The open living area brings the living room, dining table and kitchen together in one space. The living room has a sectional sofa, a TV and French doors to a covered porch, and the kitchen has blue cabinetry, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with stools.

The home has several covered porches, including one that looks out over the lake through the pines. Out back, the yard has Adirondack chairs around a fire table, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill.

The Primary Bedroom is upstairs, with a king bed and French doors to a covered porch. There are two queen bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the three bathrooms include the Primary Bedroom's private en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a second bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a third with a tub/shower combination.

The loft has two queen beds, a TV and a dresser, giving extra room for kids or a larger group.

ABOUT OLD FLORIDA VILLAGE
Old Florida Village is a gated community in Blue Mountain Beach with two community pools for owners and their guests. The closest public beach access is to the west of the neighborhood, in front of Gulf Place. You can also reach the beach by following Gulf View Heights St, next to Goatfeathers.

TRANSPORTATION
A 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included with your stay. Only licensed drivers may operate the golf cart on Old Florida Village roads.

This is a beautiful property in a gated community with a short walk to the beach! The house itself was very cute and all the rooms have their own character. The bathrooms were very nice, as well. My friends and I had an amazing time staying here and would absolutely stay here again!

Fun Stay on 30A

We had a great time staying at Pippa in Paradise. The beds were comfy, and the bedding itself gorgeous. My daughters loved the upstairs loft area. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my dad who didn't want to really take the stairs. We loved having a golf cart as part of the rental. The beach access is within walking distance, but the golf cart made it super easy for us to transport our chairs every morning. we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Time

**Perfect Beach Getaway!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pippa in Paradise was everything we hoped for! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our group. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach super easy, and we loved having access to the neighborhood pools. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Perfect location—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach but still quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

Retirement vacation

We enjoyed the house with a few exceptions. They are: all of the porches were extremely dirty, covered with dust, cobwebs, leaves, etc. so much so that we could not take pictures on the porches because we did not want the dirt to show or dirty our clothing. A deep cleaning outdoors is needed. The bikes were very rusted and seats torn to the point that they caught and ripped one of my granddaughters's shorts. The washer made a horrible noise while it was in use, like it was off balance or something mechanical wrong with it. We tried to always even the load in it when this started. I have pictures to send of the bikes and porches. Other than that we were pleased. We loved the location and the golf cart!!!
