The house was perfect for our girls getaway. We loved having our own bed and bathrooms. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The elevator was a big help in getting our luggage to each floor. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a new wine opener. The beds were very comfortable but a few ladies said the pillows are very hard and flat. Brooke was very responsive to all our questions and checked in on us regularly. The living and kitchen had beautiful views of the ocean. The decor could use a few side tables by the chairs and the bedrooms could use some storage for clothes.The pool stays shaded most of the time but is very private. Brooke was kind enough to heat it for us since the posting does not say it is an extra cost for heating the pool.We loved having a golf cart to ride to Seaside and Watercolor for shopping! We would definitely come back here again.

The house was beautiful, with wonderful amenities like the bikes, games, and bathrooms. It was said the pool was heated, but it was very cold, and there was no discernible way to turn on the heater. Didn't try the golf cart as the range was limited, not long enough to get to and from Rosemary Beach for instance.
