Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this beach condo! So many positives...clean, close to the beach, friendly gated community etc...The one that is tops for me is when our AC had issues we called and maintenance responded and had a company out within 30 minutes! They were very quick to respond and communicate which was much appreciated in July heat!

We love the Seahaunts community. Very close to the beach, private access, not crowded.. love being able to use the pool in hot tub at San Remo next-door. Even though this is an older property, it was clean and did have updates. Within walking distance of Shunk Gulley and Gulf Place shops. We can’t wait to get back and I would definitely recommend.

The property was very nice. There have been some great updates done on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The property was very clean. We did have a snag with the AC when we checked in but the Host immediately sent maintenance and the problem was immediately resolved.The property has a distant view of the ocean but it was a very short walk to see it up close. The grounds are immaculate.
