Brief stay before flying ouf

We were on a long tour if Colombia, we booked this hotel for the distance to the airport since our flight was at 6am.it worked out well.

I’m giving a 2 star because the staff gives good customer service. But the rest was horrible. I purchased breakfast through Expedia and I got to the hotel and they wouldn’t give us the breakfast offer. Also the original room is tiny. The hotel is definitely not worth the money. It’s extremely close to the airport therefor airplanes taking off and landing are extremely loud even though I was assured rooms are sound proof (they’re not). Yeah definitely I don’t recommend.

Planes & live construction!!

Great hotel - but RIGHT NEXT TO THE AIRPORT. Plane flies over every 30 mins, feels like the plane is in your room for 5 seconds. Last flight 10:30 at least. Balcony and apartment room was great, but they could have told us there were live construction sites either side!

Nice hotel but very limited dinning options and a bit noisy, because it’s located next to the airport and they are building a whole new hotel wing. Bed and pillows very comfortable. But I prefer to stay at the Hilton (best breakfast in town) or the Marriot next time.

Hello I didn’t stay in . The hotel was beautiful in the pictures . Nothing the same in real life . Was empty, next to the construction and the other site next to the airport. In the medley of both. I cudnt stay in . Horrendous ever thin . MOT BEACH AT ALL . Just a terrace full of sand and the sea you have to jump into it . No beach at all .. I want my money back . I have to go on a different place instead . … the reception of the hotel knows my inconvenience. Please give me my money back ! Of I never buy any thing with you again.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were delightful. The aircon in our room worked well. The poolside bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. All round a nice hotel!

Actually a nice hotel but it’s right at the end of the airport runway so very very noisy and hotel shakes. They are still building the hotel too so no privacy and a lot of noise and dust. Our view of the sea was blocked by scaffolding and netting
