We have stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 children under 8) and as a couple, and it was perfection both times. The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing, the pool is stunning, and waking up to nothing but the sound of the river and birds was complete bliss. It’s extremely close to the entrance of Parque Tayrona, and a short drive to waterfalls. I have recommended this hotel to anyone who will listen. It is by far my favourite hotel in Colombia.

They did not care about our time . They gave us our 3 rooms 30 minutes late and the rooms were dirty and stuff left behind from previous guests . When we complained to the front desk they did not care , specially one of the workers was very rude to me and my family her name is jeimis , she should not be dealing with customers . Our air conditioner did not work for 2 of the rooms for 2 days and they gave us a fan . 2 of the workers humberto and Eliezer were very helpful in the whole situation . They also overcharge us for xtra people in the room and room service charge was sketchy too .

This is an absolute dream from the moment we arrived. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and felt at ease. Our go to person was, Leica, she was so sweet! She picked our meals everyday we were there and we loved all the recommendations.

Amazing. If you’re looking for a place to relax and have a great gastronomic experience this is the place. They exceeded my expectations. Hotel staff and front desk are very professional. The only thing they should improve is communication in a timely manner through text messages and emails. I’m looking forward to stay at Senda Watapuy again!!!
