The Space:

The property is distributed: 2 bedrooms, 1 studio, 2 bathrooms, balcony with mountain view and 1 sofa bed. The building has Coworking space, cinema space, gym, children's area, Turkish bath, parking for visitors and swimming pool with the best view of the city. When booking By ENCOR properties, cleaning service is offered during your stay at no additional cost with previous coordination with the host. We love to welcome guests with pets and understand that they are an important part of the family. However, to ensure the best experience for both you and your furry companions, we kindly ask that you check with us prior to booking if you plan to bring your pets.



Guest Access:

Please contact the concierge to arrange a check-in time. Depending on the arrival time, the concierge or the housekeeper on site will provide you with keys. Standard check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early arrival/late departure can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability. Return keys to the on-site housekeeper upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a key replacement fee of USD 30. For building entry there is an additional charge for identification handles in the amount of $15mil COP and/or $4USD per person.



Getting Around:

Guest Registration: Only persons who have sent their complete information to HUESPEDIA's reservations team prior to their arrival are allowed to enter the property. Visitor Prohibition: No unregistered visitors are allowed during your stay. This measure is to ensure the tranquility and privacy of all our guests. 3. Additional charge per person, for the concept of handles to enter the building, value $15.000COP.

* Early check-in / Late check-out:

 – Extending without authorization may result in a charge via Airbnb.



* Registration required 24 hours in advance.

‼️If you do not comply with the established registration times, entry on the first night is not guaranteed, and the guest will only be able to enter from night 2 onwards once the process is complete.

Payment for the entry key

It is mandatory to pay for an identification key for a value of 15,000 COP. Payment is made by transfer with a QR code (in person) at the building's reception desk before entering the property.



This card will identify you as guests of the condominium and give you free access to the social and/or common areas.



The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance.

The Turkish bath is also open until 8:00 PM, and use is limited to 1 hour per person.
