Llegué el día de mi reserva y tenian todas las habitaciones vendidas, me mintieron diciendo que la reserva de expedia no la habían recibido, cuando yo lo pagué todo previamente. La dueña, la señora genesis es una irresponsable, en ningñun momento se comunicó conmigo directamente sino que hizo que sus trabajadoras dieran la cara. Por mi cabreo finalmente me llevaron a otro hotel y pagaron la diferencia. Esto es una practica muy habitual en el país y más por expedia, no lo recomiendo para NADA!

El Hotel ofrece una ubicación estratégica para explorar los puntos clave de la ciudad y una accesibilidad inigualable al transporte público. Si bien el ambiente nocturno en los alrededores puede generar cierta aprehensión debido a la presencia de habitantes de calle, la atención excepcional y genuinamente servicial de su personal marca una diferencia significativa y convierte la estadía en una experiencia positiva. in lugar a dudas, uno de los puntos más destacables de este hotel es la increíble calidad de su personal. Desde el momento de la llegada hasta la partida, la atención recibida fue excepcional. Los empleados se mostraron extremadamente serviciales, atentos a cualquier necesidad y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Su calidez y disposición hacen que la estadía sea mucho más agradable y compensan con creces las preocupaciones sobre la seguridad nocturna.

Experiência com Hotel Rialto

A experiência com a recepcionista na chegada não foi nada agradável, mesmo apresentando o recibo de pagamento nos disse que estávamos no local errado. O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram muito quente e o ar-condicionado não funcionava bem. Merece também uma atenção melhor com relação à limpeza, roupa de cama e toalhas. A segunda recepcionista era muito gentil e atenciosa.
