Nice beach view

The apartment had a great view and was confortable, but they do no tell you about the $20.000 pesos fee per person until the day before arrival and there is no wifi in the apartment only when you are at the pool. The Apartment wasnt ready when we arrived we had to wait about two hours but we did stay a little past our check out time to compensate.

I had reservations for an apartment, flew over 2,800 miles tonight find out they not only gave my room away, but the other room I tried to book on Expedia that said it was available was not available. Beautiful place, just do not hold your breath!!! Found a better place to stay, and the staff was much nicer. W

Apenas llegamos al hotel nos dimos cuenta que era un edificio donde alquilaban apartamentos, nos toco esperar mientras llegara alguien que supiera de nuestra reserva, al llegar esa persona nos informa que el pago se debía realizar en efectivo por el valor de la página la cual nos cobraba el iva pero esa persona no nos iba a dar una factura del pago sino un simple recibo lo cual no se generó desconfianza sobre el hecho de si el Iva que pagariamos ellos si lo declaraban o no.. luego nos dicen que tenemos que pagar un " brazalete" de 20mil pesos por persona por el uso de La piscina el cual no está especificado en la publicación (te ofrecen en la página el servicio de piscina como si estuviera incluido). Le dijimos a la persona que nosotros no usaríamos La piscina y nos dijeron que igual teníamos que no pagar los brazaletes. Todo esto generó muchísimas incomodidad en nosotros quien simplemente buscabamos relajarnos en un plan de pareja y decidimos no quedarnos allí ya que nos sentimos engañados con lo que nos ofrecieron

Al llegar al hotel me informan que aparte del valor del hotel y de los impuestos que eran 238.000 debo pagar 20 mil pesos por persona para poder utilizar la piscina y éramos 6 entonces 120 mil por usar una piscina una noche eso es absurdo tuvimos que irnos por lo que uno como usuario se siente engañado con ustedes, queja que elevate ante la superintendencia de industria y comercio
