The Space:

With a master bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, this space offers spaciousness and comfort for the whole family or group of friends. The luxurious furnishings and décor provide a sophisticated and cozy ambiance. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy relaxing moments and breathtaking views from the beautiful and spacious terrace.



Guest Access:

- Please check with the concierge to arrange check in time. Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper.



- Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00am



- Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability



- Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD30



- Additional charge per person, for handles, value $15.000 COP

* Mandatory registration: All guests must complete registration before arrival.

* Unaccompanied minors: Minors without a parent/guardian must present authenticated authorization.

* Early check-in / Late check-out:

 – Subject to availability.

 – Additional cost if approved.

 – Extending without authorization may result in a charge via Airbnb.



* Registration required 24 hours in advance.

‼️If you do not comply with the established registration times, entry on the first night is not guaranteed, and the guest will only be able to enter from night 2 onwards once the process is complete.

* Visitors are not allowed.

Payment for the entry key

It is mandatory to pay for an identification key for a value of 15,000 COP. Payment is made by transfer with a QR code (in person) at the building's reception desk before entering the property.



This card will identify you as guests of the condominium and give you free access to the social and/or common areas.



The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance.

The Turkish bath is also open until 8:00 PM, and use is limited to 1 hour per person.
