Room was okay, but there was a lot of room for improvement on site. The hot tub only had cold water in it, there are bikes on site but no information on if they can be used (and staff not very helpful). The bar is often empty so you can’t order a drink, they have no details of the ‘happy hour’ and the place is overrun with people with day passes on the weekend

The hostal has terrible facilites, the pool loked dirty. We are 3 people and the room barely had room for 2. Difficult access to the place. I don’t recommend it at all. We could not even stay at this place. We asked for a refund but we didn’t get it

I can't even say enough about this litte treasure in the jungle ....... I've stayed at several hostels in Minca and this one surpassed them all ........ PERFECTO !!!! No hot water, food is disgusting (it’s all microwaved, pre-packaged garbage. Property is far walk from the town at night. First room I was given was covered in insects from floor to ceiling, second room was still dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Hammock/pool areas are nice..wifi does not work well

Dissapointing

The place is clean and comfortable with nice sitting areas. Sadly the food is absolutely awful which is a huge letdown and everyone else there agreed.The spa was also unstaffed throughout my stay here and there was little atmosphere. Would not recommend for solo backpackers
