Unfortunately - my partner slipped and fell on the stairs at the pool, it was bright out and slippery because they didn’t have towels for guests (they were being laundered when we arrived). Because there stairs were completely white, the delineation of the stairs was not easy to see. No staff (only fellow pool patrons) came to my partners aid. Only after making a complaint to staff, did they offer to send medical out to evaluate him. After the fact, I requested documentation from the hotel for the doctors notes, and at this point they have gone un answered. I simply wanted to make suggestions of ways they could make it safer for guests - but apparently they don’t seem interested in this. My partner has a bruised hand, shoulder and hip because of this incident.

The walk to the beach was about 2-3 minutes. The people are friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the door guy in the evening. It’s ok to look at people, but to gawk at patrons in an unprofessional way is not ok. Unfortunately, I even saw him taking pictures of some young girls while they were all at the counter. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. They said they’d talk to him and look into it. Yet he continued to stay at the front door and kept gawking at the women and young girls. It was extremely disturbing to see! It’s one thing to glance and another to gawk and take photos of young girls. Made me wonder what he may be doing with the pictures.
