Dejamos ropa en la lavandería, cuando la retire era tarde así que no pude controlarla. Cuando fui a sacar una de las prendas para ponérmela me di con que estaba rota, hice el reclamo y me dijeron que ya estaba así cuando la entregue. Nadie se hizo cargo por los daños, una prenda que claramente era fina y debía ser lavada a mano, sin dejar de mencionar que no tenían ni olor a jabón. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente. El baño desprende olor nauseabundo cuando se utiliza el lavabo y las sábanas son más pequeñas de lo que deberían.

Coloqué opción con desayuno pero como era "apartaestudio" no lo tenía incluído que porque tenía cocina, y la estufa NO funcionaba, o sea ni hacer un café pudimos y aparte salió una cucaracha. Adicional tenía platos pero no dejan jabón ni esponja para lavarlos. No dejaron las toallas, nos tocó pedirlas. Incluía una sola limpieza y no cambiaron ni toallas ni siquiera el tapete del baño. Nunca nos dieron la clave del wifi, no dejaron ni un solo gancho para colgar la ropa. Entiendo que es económico pero si el desayuno no lo incluye que porque tiene cocina, lo menos que deberían hacer antes de entregar la habitación es verificar que funcione y dejar con qué lavar los platos
