The hotel is very easy to get to and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Our room was lovely and spacious and the receptionist changed us to the ground floor to accommodate our ageing dog

You can hear everything from the other rooms. We had to physically go down to reception to inform them about the noise because the telephone did not work either. Finally the noise ended at 1am😔

O primeiro quarto estava sem limpeza. Trocaram rapidamente. O ar condicionado não funciona de inverno, e não temos como regular o aquecimento, então o quarto fica muito quente, tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta. Os rececionistas muito simpáticos, atenciosos e resolutivos.
