It is a contemporary condo located in a boutique oceanfront development alongside some of the area’s largest estates. Enter the large open-concept living area where you will be greeted by more views of the Pacific, a spacious living area, 6-person dining area, and a sizable kitchen complete with breakfast bar.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large centre island complete with a 6-burner stove. Enjoy preparing meals while taking in the views or inquire about our customizable chef service options if you’d like to take your vacation to the next level!

Off the living area you will find a spacious terrace with unobstructed ocean views, two loungers and a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Ready for a dip? Wander down to the complex’s shared infinity pool where you will be greeted by more views, a shaded seating area with two outdoor couches, and poolside loungers with an umbrella. The unique thing about this boutique development is that the pool is shared by just one other condo (that we also represent!). As a result, you won’t have to deal with the same crowds that often come with larger complexes.

This property is nestled on the hillside overlooking Tangolunda Bay and offers a path down to the beach below (about a 6-minute descent). Beyond this, you are about a 2-minute taxi to the resort district (approx. $2 USD) and an 8-minute taxi ride into town (approx. $4 USD). The staff onsite at the complex can aid with calling taxis.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
