The front desk staff accommodated our request to change rooms at check in. The room was clean and bright and the cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests for additional supplies on occasion. The proximity to both Chahue beach and La Crucecita town was a bonus - we walked everywhere. The restaurants onsite were all excellent, but we particularly enjoyed the deli mere steps from our room. Having a small fridge in the room would be a fabulous addition to the room, but we made do with a styrofoam cooler and ice from the bar - they were so generous with the ice! We will return to Quinta Bella.

The hotel was a perfect location, several great restaurants, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The pool was wonderful, my only suggestion would be to not allow quests to reserve lounge chairs hours before they use them, making other quests have to sit in sun or apart from their family and friends.

All the staff members are extremely kind and attentive. The room was cozy and spotless. It’s a very comfortable and convenient place since it’s not too large. Everything is within walking distance — the rooms, the pool, the restaurants, and the beach. The only two downsides were that the loungers by both the pool and the beach were very uncomfortable, and the restaurants were even more expensive than eating at the airport.

Our room was very clean and modern. The bed and pillows very comfy and nice to have a large flat screen TV over the large bar. Great bathroom with lots of vanity space and shelves. Only thing missing is a small fridge, but the bar gave us ice every morning for our cooler. Pools are great with attentative staff for drinks or food. The hotel is in a great location to walk to Chedraui or catch a taxi downtown. We stayed 2 weeks and we want to come back.

Rooms are alittle small for longer stays. They cleaned our room everyday but didnt do a very good job. Pools are nice and deep but you better "reserve" your spot early in the morning otherwise you wont have anywhere to sit. Food onsite is very good, expensive for the area.

We just spent 3 weeks at this hotel, our 3rd time there. As always the staff are wonderful, the food excellent and the best spot on the beach. This wonderful place has been discovered so is busier now but still an absolute gem.

The room was somewhat dated, scratches on the furniture and the air conditioner roared like a lion, very noisy. The beds were very comfortable. The 2 swimming pools are lovely. All the food in their many restaurants was excellent. All the Staff were very kind. My biggest negative was the CONSTANT LOUD MUSIC around the 2 swimming pools, every day from 10am-10pm ….. 12 hours of loud noise, and some nights i was awake with this music until after midnight!!! Not my idea of a quiet and peaceful vacation. Even though i asked on several occasions to turn the volume down…. I received a kind response but no behavioural change and the music stayed loud regardless of my request. So if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation, you should not stay here…. Find another place There are no phones in the rooms so the only way to communicate with the Front Desk from your room is to phone them on their Whatsapp phone number or text them. I did both but they never picked up the phone…. Not once during our 9 night stay. So you can see, communication and accountability to their Guests is very Low if not non-existent! Chahue Bay is very pretty and not too busy. The sand is very coarse and your feet sink into it when walking. The ocean is lovely to swim in but be careful when entering and particularly when exiting as the waves and undertow can be very strong and overwhelming. In summary, this facility was okay but we will look for a different place when we return

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the food is incredible! A part from there not being mini fridges in the room which would have been ideal to have, there are amenities nearby for a quick fix (grocery store, restaurants on site, and staff happy to provide ice for the room that filled the cooler we used). The staff are so welcoming and kind, which made our stay even more lovely! The grounds are pristinely kept and while it’s excellently located to town, Quinta Bella is definitely a spot you want to stay and hang out for maximum relaxation each day.
