Month rental

When we arrived, we had to call Jorge,manager to get a keys, not everyone has a local sim card,luckily our taxi driver call for us,so nice of him! When we inter to our appointment it was not clean well, floors still dirty with sand on it and walls has marks from food spell, window so dirty( seems no one clean then ever), I had to wash reclean everything:( Air conditioning works good! TV channels all blurry:( ( Other apartments seems has a better TV) This place and all buildings has a cockroaches:( yak, I had to ask for for bug spray!!!! Terrible! No one ever clean our place! You have to keep eye on made and catch her to ask for fresh towels and bedding! The most horrible thing was when we went away for 3 days and came back that we found mouse drops all over place, on bad,couch, kitchen and all floors! We went to complain about it, they give us clean bedding and promised to clean it next day, but no one ever shows!!!!! I had to clean it !!! They charge cleaning fee !!! What for??? We wanted to leave right away but we will have to pay more money somewhere, so we decided to clean it and stay. No choice! We love the location!!!! But we would never ever stay at this place! For that money you can do much better in the same area!!! I understand it's Mexico, but mouse and corcroches!!!!! No!!!! We have been in Mexico many times and never that horrible experience!
