Huatulco is a magical place, and we want to share with you the experience of enjoying it from the comfort and luxury of our home.

The house is brand new, featuring a contemporary design and exquisite décor. It’s very well equipped, so you’ll feel right at home.
It has large windows, which keep it nice and cool; the living room and dining room open directly onto the garden and pool. The garden features spacious green areas, spots for resting and relaxing, as well as areas for dining. It has its own parking. Spacious living room, dining room, and bar area; game table with TV (Sky), Wi-Fi, built-in sound system, fans, air conditioning, and an air curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (coffee maker, toaster, food processor, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and kitchen utensils.
The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable; all feature a bathroom (with hot water), closet, flat-screen TV, fan, air conditioning, safe, and balcony, and one of them has a Jacuzzi that you can enjoy at your leisure.

The property is located in a private, quiet, and safe area. It’s in a strategic location, with several beaches nearby, as well as the city center, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars…

If you have your own car, it will be easy to get around the city.
If not, we’ll provide you with numbers for reliable taxis or information on car rentals.
Since we’re offering the added benefit of daily cleaning and maintenance, the relevant staff will be granted access to the property. The cleaning staff works from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. They won’t disturb guests, as they have a key to enter the property. Likewise, the staff in charge of the garden and pool begin their shifts at 7:00 a.m. so that when guests use the facilities, they are in perfect condition.
