The bed was like a rock and sand with pillows and the noise was disturbing from the road, other than that it was good value for the money spent. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job.

It is ok for the price and quite well located if you want tomcheckmthe restaurants, shops etc. It's quite basic tho. And we found that the staff, were not really nice, especially one woman. The guy who welcomed us was nice, so that's a bit of a shame.

Their water shut off and we had to use another room until they fixed it, which they did only a couple hours before we checked out. No on-site Wi-Fi. Noisy fans. No toiletries. No refund or return of any money since I had reserved it on-line. Would not recommend for any “cheap price”. Skip it.

Dirty, overpriced, unpleasant room

The photos are misleading, this place is nowhere near as good as it looks. Perhaps we were given the worst room though because it is not shown in any of the pictures. Our room (no 16) was dark, dingy and dirty with electrical wires exposed right next to the bed. The bathroom was grimey and unapealing. The ceiling fan was caked with dirt and grime, the place felt like a prison cell. We checked out early after being ripped off for the price of beers and the staff tried to short change us twice, we had enough and left early. This place is overpriced considering its poor condition.I would not recommend it unless uou are happy to stay in a sweaty, humid dirty room at the back of a shop. There were cracks in the walls wide enough to see straight into the shop and room next door.

A comfortable option to a price worthy private

The hotel was an ok walking distance from the service, with a nice level to all features in the room. However the roomed smelled like sewer after having a shower or using the sink, since the bathroom was in the room and the pipes were leaking..

hotel is in awful condition. Beds uncomfortable, no actual windows (just netting), constant sewer smell, poor cleanliness standards... the list goes on. avoid where possible.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse. Si solo se busca donde descansar ya que esta muy cerca de Punta Cometa y Mazunte. El personal es muy educado y atento.
