■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

• Is Arrocito Beach swimmable? Yes. Playa Arrocito is one of Huatulco's calmest bays, making it a favourite for swimming and snorkeling. As with any beach, ocean conditions can vary, so guests should always use caution.
• How far is the beach? Cosmo offers direct access to Playa Arrocito. Walking time varies slightly by building, but the beach is always just a short stroll away.
• Is there a pool? Yes. Cosmo features five shared pools, including Huatulco's largest panoramic infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
• Do I need a car? Taxis are readily available and can be arranged with the help of the security staff at the gate, making it easy to explore Huatulco's beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions without the need for a rental car. As a local tip, there are often taxis waiting by the entrance of the development if you choose to walk to the security gatehouse.
