The front desk staff are amazing. It's a well kept property, with an epic rooftop restaurant, patio and pool. Great for sunsets and also daytime shade. Right on the beach for easy access, and they have palapas to relax under. The downside was they play loud music on the beach most of the day. La Punta is a busy place, so lots of music at night everywhere.

This place is amazing!!! Right in front of the beach and on the Punta strip. My friend and I had such a great experience staying here and enjoying all the amenities. The sunsets were incredible on the rooftop or on the beach. It made it so much more special to have such kind people working there. Made us feel very welcomed during out whole stay and so happy that we chose this place. The location is also perfect because your surrounded by great food and drinks spots! The only thing I can advise for improvement is to come up with a better way to communicate with guests if theres any outages such as water. On our last day at this resort, the water stopped working for a few hours and it happen to occur at a very inconvienent time. I understand we are on the beach and these things happen but it should of been communicated somehow.

Beautiful spot. Right in the ocean! I must have read wrong but I thought breakfast was included and I would expect it to be for this price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. You can hear club music it's right in the busy street but it didn't bother me. It's the neighbors and at times it does get redundant they should turn it WAY down! Way to loud and club music!

Hotel itself is great, right at the beach with pool at the rooftop and lounge chairs at the beach as well. Rooms are modern, good size, comfortable beds, and has A/C. What we didn’t like was that the booking and website said we would have a balcony and the room didn’t. When we tried to point this out they refused to do anything about it and hotels.com didn’t help either even after multiple calls, chats and emails. So we didn’t get what we paid for and no offer of fixing this was made either. Apparently none of the basic rooms has balcony even though they say they do. Secondly, the young girl receptionist with glasses speaks 0 English and was very unhelpful. She didn’t have any answers to anything ever when it came to topics outside the hotel and frowned or sighed when we asked. We asked 6 different things like (where can we do laundry in the area, how do we get to mazunte for a day trip, do you have recommendations for day trips, how can we book a shuttle, etc.). Not having answers is fine, but she didn’t offer to check with colleagues or trying to help us find answers at all or get back to us. And these were questions that seemed to be common knowledge because as soon as we went outside the hotel pretty much anyone we asked could help us. So she clearly had no interest in helping people and also doesn’t speak any English which is a wild combination when you work in a hotel reception desk that caters to international tourists.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena. La **ubicación es excelente**, ya que se encuentra cerca de muchos de los mejores lugares para comer y además cuenta con acceso directo a la playa, lo cual definitivamente hace la estancia mucho más cómoda y agradable. Sabemos que es un hotel relativamente nuevo, y quizá por ello todavía existen algunos detalles por afinar. Sin embargo, más que verlos como fallas, los consideramos áreas de oportunidad, ya que el compromiso del personal realmente marca la diferencia. Siempre mostraron una actitud increíble y hacen hasta lo imposible por resolver cualquier situación que pueda surgir. Queremos destacar especialmente a Kevin en el front desk, quien nos atendió de maravilla desde nuestra llegada, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. También a Francisco en la playa, quien fue sumamente atento; además de brindarnos excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, incluso nos apoyó con una reservación para una cena especial por nuestro aniversario, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia todavía más memorable. Sin duda es un hotel con muchísimo potencial y, sobre todo, con un equipo humano que realmente se preocupa por sus huéspedes. Volveríamos con gusto.

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una super ubicación y en general está muy bien. Lo que les falta es cuidar algunos detalles, como: mejorar la limpieza de la habitaciones, el personal tiene poca iniciativa, uno tiene que estar solicitando toallas, agua, etc. Lo que no nos gustó para nada fue que nos limitaran el agua caliente, si bien está uno en una playa, tampoco es como que quiera bañarte con agua fría. Solicité permiso para hacer un checkout a las 13 hrs (solo pedí una hora más) y me dijeron que no se podía; sin embargo, fueron a tocarme a las 12:00 para que ya les diera el cuarto, cuando ya estábamos por salir, de pésimo gusto. Considero que les falta personal.

La habitación muy bonita, excelente aire acondicionado, toda la habitación con aspecto de limpieza. Lo único que no me gustó es que un día no me sustituyeron las tazas de café y me las dejaron sucias de un día para otro y también la jarra de café no la lavaron. no hay nadie de guardia en las noches y muy temprano en la mañana no hubo ni a quien pedirle el café para la cafetera.
