I stood here for 5 days and the staff was terrible. I got a weak a** greeting upon arrival, she just opened the door and rushed me up to my room. My first night there I noticed my balcony door would not close and so I expressed my concern on the matter. Instead of understanding and solving the issue/accommodating me, the lady (staff) decided to be sarcastic and snarky with me saying oh you’ll be fine with that for the night. Then my door key stopped working when I got back to the hotel one night. Had to wait for someone to come fix tht. Overall the place was clean though. They just need better staffing, people with better customer service! And who are welcome friendly !!

The owner is so nice and accommodating. The location is a bit far out from La Punta ocean view but it’s worth it for the quietness and amenities.

El recibimiento a la propiedad fue bueno. La comunicación también fue buena, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario para pasársela bien, la alberca está limpia y tiene buen mantenimiento. Muy recomendable la estancia.

Está bonito el hotel y me gustó mucho la habitación, solo el detalle de que se encuentra en una zona muy sola y casi no hay nada al rededor, si se tiene que ir con coche para desplazarse a las playas o a otros lugares ya que en la noche si está muy solo para llegar, además de que la limpieza es algo ineficiente, no cambian sábanas ni toallas durante la estancia, dejan las mismas por varios días.

Todo bien con la propiedad, solo estén conscientes de que no hay personal de recepción, quienes están ahí son para el mantenimiento así que si eres quisquilloso y quieres trato de rey, este no es el lugar para ti, aunque el personal es amable y bien puede resolver tus dudas. Usen el aire acondicionado con precaución, si lo dejan por demasiado tiempo se “filtran” mosquitos y algún animalillo, mi recomendación para los propietarios sería usar algún mosquitero para los ductos que alimentan el AC
