Amazing little place to stay. The staff are all so kind and accommodating. Came a little late for check in, and Allen helped us get checked in no problem. He also gave us great recommendations on tourist attractions as well as some New Mexico history. The location is close to the plaza and many other fun places to tour and eat at. We liked that this inn was smaller than most commercial hotels. It was so quiet on the property. An amazing stay and we will be coming back! Highly recommend this place.

Everything seemed okay at first. We checked in and dropped off our stuff to walk around town. Got back a bit late around 9 pm only to realize there was only one paper coffee cup and no other glasses so no way for both of us to drink water throughout the night. Felt it was too late to call on property owners so we figured we'd just deal with it and share the cup to have coffee in the morning. Come to find out, there was also no coffee filters and it was a package of ground coffee so no way to make coffee either. This time I called and was basically given a lecture and was told I would have to come down. Had to get out of bed, get dressed and go out in the cold. Not really how you want to luxuriate in the morning when you are paying to stay out of town. When I said I was pretty irritated I got more arguing and lecturing about how their one housekeeper can't do everything. Um, basic setup should be expected and I would have thought I would get a better remedy and an apology when I told them. Not to be told off like it's our fault they messed up. Pretty unhappy about the whole situation.

This property was probably once incredible but it needs re-investment by its owners. I get it, hotels are expensive in Santa Fe so you can charge what you can get, but it would be nice to pay the going rate and also get, like a (fake) fireplace that still works, tub jets that still work, etc.

Fab , quaint stay in central Santa Fe.

Excellent stay . Walking distance to all the main central bars , restaurants and museums on offer in Santa Fe. Quaint slightly oldie worldly hotel well worth a stay. Alan at the reception was super warm and friendly and also helpful with guidance and tourism advice. I had the pleasure of meeting his wife in the morning and they are collectively the nicest hosts ever. Thanks.
