This property was probably once incredible but it needs re-investment by its owners. I get it, hotels are expensive in Santa Fe so you can charge what you can get, but it would be nice to pay the going rate and also get, like a (fake) fireplace that still works, tub jets that still work, etc.

Fab , quaint stay in central Santa Fe.

Excellent stay . Walking distance to all the main central bars , restaurants and museums on offer in Santa Fe. Quaint slightly oldie worldly hotel well worth a stay. Alan at the reception was super warm and friendly and also helpful with guidance and tourism advice. I had the pleasure of meeting his wife in the morning and they are collectively the nicest hosts ever. Thanks.

Charming property with lovely owners. Some details of the room could use some maintenance - neither lock on the door really worked completely; the door doesn’t quite fit and so won’t close properly. Furniture and fixtures are great. Breakfast includes some nice touches.

The BEST in Santa Fe!!!!!

Leanne and Alan were absolutely amazing inn keepers, and the Guadalupe Inn was fabulous. The Inn is very atmospheric with genuine local construction and decoration. Leanne and Alan were incredibly helpful with advice and fascinating conversation. Also the breakfast is like no other continental breakfast - they go way beyond the call. We loved it and will be back.

Santa Fe isn’t cheap, but this place was a good value with all positive aspects. Staff was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was top notch. The room was clean and very nice. All rooms are unique and amenities were wonderful. Didn’t cut corners. Would recommend to everyone and would gladly stay there again should I ever return to the area.
