Quiet and clean

Quiet, clean with a kitchen and living space. For the price it is a great deal. There are things that aren’t perfect especially the need for screens on the windows and a few things that need maintenance.

Beautiful view overlooking Santa Fe from our balcony. Enjoyed the cool mornings, sunsets, and watching the nightly rainstorms. Very comfortable bed. Good internet access. Short walk to downtown.

Nicely furnished but some issues

The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished. However, there were mice that ate some of our food. When we told the management, they did send someone right away to put traps out. We also reported a midlew show curtain, which they said they would change; but did not before we left. We were not offered any discounts for these issues. The location is good but walking to and from the Plaza is challenging because of the elevation..

We love Fort Marcy. This was our second time staying. My biggest issue was with the particular unit we ended up with. 1st off, it was supposed to sleep 6 people but only had two queen size beds. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were full of lumps and dips. In one of the rooms, the window would not close properly, it was hard to sleep due to outside noise.The unit definitely needs some updates.

I liked the layout of the 1 bedroom condo. Furniture was nice. You could lay in bed with the barn doors open and watch tv from bed. The bed was creaky- sounded like it was going to break getting in/out. One of the sinks in the bathroom would not drain and the other the handle was loose. I would stay there again. Very pretty setting of the condos. Staff very nice.

The bed was super hard. Sleep was hard to come by and the aches and pains from the bed were plentiful. In addition, there was no headboard, so the pillows kept falling between the bed and the wall. The couch slanted to the middle and the cushions were horrible. The location was great.
