The home has a large fenced private garden for enjoying the lovely Santa Fe weather. There is a mature fruit-bearing apricot tree for your enjoyment. Casita Dulce is an easy 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to the Railyard and a 1 mile walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe.
The entire casita has been completely redecorated including a new bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub, and a King bedroom. The living room is tastefully appointed and has a 43″ HDTV with Comcast cable service. The dining room table will comfortably seat four. The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances including a gas range. Both the living room and the bedroom have sliding glass doors for natural light and access to the rear private garden. This home really captures the neighborhood charm of Santa Fe.
