Was on the main floor at the end of the hall. Live played late and could be heard. Not loud be distracting while trying to sleep. Went to bar around 4 pm to order food. Staff was not very helpful or customer friendly. Short and did not like me asking questions about the menu. Was not busy at the time. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs for disabled person. Room was clean.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with a good experience. Before check-in, I received an email that requested prior online check-in. The process involved submitting credit card info, picture of id, etc. I completed this time-consuming task only to arrive and be told the info didn't transfer over.... ok, and we did it all over again. Check in process was less than satisfactory.

We stayed here for three nights over the new years. The hotel property is old and many fixtures show signs of wear. That said our stay was comfortable. We never wanted for anything or found anything non-functional. The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Food is good. Service was little scatter-shot but could have been because of the new years holidays.

Front desk staff seemed uninterested and rushed. Perhaps it was just fatigue from holidays, but the welcome was not great. We loved the King Suite. Simple, spacious, and even had a little balcony for coffee. We were very surprised that yet another Santa Fe hotel doesnt offer streaming compatibility. That is a total miss in 2025. Breakfast service was great in the restaurant next to the fireplace. Avoid the continental breakfast. Order off menu. On the other hand, the service in lounge area was poor. They were so kind, but clearly overwhelmed. Management should know better when occupancy is high. Two servers and one bartender was a management mistake, and not fair to service staff. This hotel is convenient to everything you want to be near in Santa Fe. We truly appreciate this hotel being owned by native tribe and the story that was evident in the hotels artwork. Overall, if service had been better we would choose again. No managers in sight, so hopefully they will see this and lend a hand to make the experience better.
