Miguel was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable about Santa Fe. The swimming pool was well maintained, the food prepared by the staff was delicious and the room and facilities were well maintained. I would stay at the property again when I visit Santa Fe de Antioquia in the future.

The room was just in okay condition. It was a windowless room, mostly, but not entirely clean. It had warm water in the shower, but not the sink. The room was seriously in need of a paint job. The staff was courteous, but service was slow and the staff was often nowhere to be found.
