Villa Can Xic is a spacious and charming Ibicencan home that combines the island’s traditional architecture with a modern and comfortable style. Recently restored, the villa maintains its authentic character while offering all the amenities for a relaxed stay.

Divided over two floors, the house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a second dining room, and a cosy living room. From here, there is access to one twin bedroom, a guest toilet, and the stairs leading to the upper floor, where three further bedrooms are located — one with an en-suite bathroom and two sharing a full bathroom.

Outside, the villa offers several areas to enjoy: a swimming pool with two depths (a shallow island area ideal for children and a deeper section with steps), sun loungers, and a barbecue area with dining table and sofas. Next to the pool there is also a covered annex with a bathroom, shower and a small kitchenette with fridge — perfect for relaxing during the day or as an extra sleeping area if needed.

Surrounded by gardens with natural grass and fruit trees, Villa Can Xic is a peaceful retreat that captures the essence of the Ibicencan countryside, offering comfort, space and tranquillity.
