Villa Blueberry is located in the area of San Carlos, with a great view of the surrounding hills, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday in a quiet place.
The house, with a typical Ibicenco style has a main complex and the annex.
There are 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom, it can accommodate 8 persons.

On the ground level there are two double bedroom (one bed 160 cm and the other 200cm).
On the first floor of the annex there are others two double bedrooms (one bed 190 cm), both has a private living area.

At the main part of the house the living room with sofas and the entertainment devices, the open kitchen,full equipped; from this space the direct access to the rear patio with table and chairs, barbecue and chill area.

In front of the house the pool 14x6 mt with a stunning view, a patio with table for dining outside. Several relax areas with parasols, sunbeds and a Balinese bed.
Complete the property the open parking plus a covered parking for 2 cars.

Rental rules
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
