Welcome to Vista Mar by Atlantic Holiday, a apartment located in Caniço, Madeira Island. Ideal for couples, families, or friends, this property accommodates up to the maximum of 4 adults and 2 children with one bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and two sofa beds in the living room. Each room is equipped with portable electric heating and the bedroom is fitted with blackout curtains for added comfort and privacy.



The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and all essential cookware to prepare meals comfortably at home. A washing machine, smart TV with box, and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.



One of the highlights of the apartment is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from both the living room and the small balcony. This outdoor space is furnished and offers a pleasant place to sit back and unwind while overlooking the Atlantic.



Street parking is available near the building. A baby cot and high chair are provided for guests traveling with young children. Bed linen and bath towels are included, and check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.



Bus routes connecting to Funchal are nearby, making it easy to explore the island.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
