This delightful 142 m² three-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two of them have comfortable double beds and multiple storage spaces each. The third one has a bunk bed and an ample wardrobe.

Two bathrooms with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the sunlight. It also offers an incredible view of the ocean, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

Urbanização da Atalaia in Gaula offers a peaceful and scenic base on the island of Madeira. It combines the quiet charm of a residential area with sweeping views of the Atlantic and the surrounding hillsides. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for travellers seeking a slower pace while still enjoying the island's natural beauty. The gentle climate, terraced gardens, and traditional architecture give the area a distinct Madeiran feel.

Despite its tranquillity, it’s conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, coastal viewpoints, and the historic city of Santa Cruz. Visitors can easily explore nearby levada walks and local markets or venture further into the island's lush interior. Whether you're soaking in the views from a terrace or discovering the landscapes that define Madeira, this area offers a restful and authentic island experience.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
