Great time!

Great stay, everything was clean and easy to access. Parking was a little wonky, just because the parking garage was full when we arrived. But everything else was fantastic. Comfortable bed, clean linens. Right next to downtown, we just walked everywhere.

Parking was terrible. You pay to park, but are not guaranteed a spot if you leave. Overflow parking directions were a joke, had to figure it out myself. The paint on the door frames was chipping. There was mold on the caulk around the tub. The breakfast was what to be expected. The area seemed very unsafe, for example; the CVS up the road had a huge security presence

Clean room, spacious and everything was working inside the room. Latte, capachino machine on first floor. Elevator was out and due to be fixed next day. This wasn't an issue, staff offered to help with bags to 2nd floor. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is currently hosting CalFire crews, so parking was tight when we arrived late at night around 10 p.m. Thankfully, the young man at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we could find a spot. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which really made all the difference. The continental breakfast was excellent, and our suite was very clean. The only downside was that while the air conditioning was great in the living room area of the suite, the bedroom stayed much warmer, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great, and that one staff member’s hospitality really stood out and set the tone for our stay.

We love to stayed here , our room was amazing clean and a lot space and my daughter enjoyed the bath jet tub. Everyone was nice, respectful and also they let me check in before 4 , They had free breakfast was great. Parking is little but safe. We definitely we stay here next time we come to visit my kid at UCSC
