We arrived at 5:15pm to check in. I booked the room for the location to the football stadium. As we were trying to check in the front desk girl told us that they were overbooked and we needed to stay at a hotel about 10 minutes away. She said they would take care of arranging our room at the other hotel. But, we had already paid for this hotel for the sum of $467 for the one night. She kept going back and forth with her manager in the other room. This process took over 30 minutes. While I witnessed two other guests get checked in by another front desk worker. She eventually said we could stay there and they would bump someone else. We were late to the game due to this back and forth. I have never experienced this at any other hotel. It felt exteremely shadey and odd that the manager stayed in a back room and had this girl relaying these messages to us. I don't know if it is because we booked through hotels.com? I don't know if they were wanting to overcharge someone else for our room after kicking us out? We missed the first quarter of the 49rs game that we also paid a decent amount to and we got robbbed of that time.

Beautiful hotel! Everything was so clean, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff as well. Easy walk to Levi’s Stadium and good variety of dining in and around the area. The ONLY thing we weren’t fond of was the barn style bathroom door. It did not close enough to provide total privacy, it just slides over the doorway and it’s close to the beds so we could hear everything that was going on in there lol. That being said, we will be back next year for sure!
