    The property, located just 350 meters from the sea, features a double entrance and a beautiful garden for exclusive use, equipped with a sunbathing area, table, chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outdoor spaces are complemented by a spacious porch with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
    The interior features a bright living-dining room with a kitchenette complete with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower stalls.
