The solution offers up to 6 beds and is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, mosquito nets, etc.
In the garden, there is also a barbecue for grilling, outdoor shower, and car parking.

The
vacation villa is a simple and cozy solution, with its outdoor spaces
equipped for relaxation and rooms furnished with all the essentials to
live a quiet vacation a stone`s throw from the sea and all services.
There
are two entrances, one exclusively pedestrian with characteristic steps
in the rock, the other with a gate for cars that leads to the parking
area.
A terrace with spectacular views of the sea is the perfect place to spend time outdoors, have lunch and dinner al fresco, relax, sunbathe and prepare excellent grills.
The interior of Villa Occhi sul Mare opens with a large furnished living room with dining room, 1 double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Next to the living room is the well-equipped kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, both air-conditioned. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.

Villa
Occhi sul Mare is located along the scenic road that leads downhill
from Castro, a town with a splendid village and medieval castle, to the
bluest sea in Salento.
Castro Marina is a little jewel with a
small port, small square, narrow streets and all the main services: a
truly unique place to spend your seaside vacations in Puglia.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
