Enter the gated, semi-private courtyard and be greeted with lush greenery and a peaceful fountain. Once inside the Blue Door Retreat, you are greeted with a vibrant parlor, complete with comfortable seating, desk, and wine fridge. Tucked behind the dividing wall is the first bedroom, outfitted with a California King and plenty of storage space. The first bathroom is on this level as well as a private outdoor patio featuring a seating area and built-in BBQ!
Up the Spanish-style stairs takes you to the second floor, the main entertainment space of the home. The expansive kitchen lives on this level, as well as the living and dining areas. The kitchen is well-equipped, sure to make even the most discerning chef happy. The open floor concept makes entertaining a breeze in this sun-drenched space.
On the third floor is the laundry room and master bedroom/ bathroom. The master bedroom has two patios, the main of which perches over Cota Street and offers retractable shade and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. The second offers wonderful mountain views!
