Overall satisfied. It’s a very well maintained and upgraded property but the rooms are extremely small. Fantastic cofee and local pastry’s were a hot for breakfast.

The Room came with an advertised Kitchenette which featured 2 Gas-Burners on the stove. Microwave, Dorm-Size Refrigerator/Freezer, pans, dishes, utensils. Clean room, nice layout. Tons of available hot water for shower. Fast room service for requests. Quiet Motel, fun quests.

Hidden jewel. Clean, updated small apartment rooms. You have a choice to have a kitchenette or not. Comfortable bed and chairs. The staff are friendly and professional. Love the area. It is walking distance from the Amtrak train station and great restaurants. This is my second time staying here and will definitely stay again when I visit Santa Barbara.
