Seascape is a beautifully executed architectural achievement on this iconic hilltop with an "away from it all" sense of privacy yet only a five-minute drive to Arroyo Burro "Hendry's" Beach. Downtown will be about a 15-minute drive. Take the scenic route along Shoreline Drive to Cabrillo Boulevard, where wide sandy beaches, Stearn's Wharf, The Harbor, and plenty of restaurants and shops reside.
