First, I travel a lot for work and stay in this class of hotel frequently. So take my opinion as one of experience. This is, without any doubt, an excellent place to stay. The check-in was super fast, and the staff asked about what room location I prefer. The entire property is spotless and in very good repair. Everything in the room was in good working condition and again, very clean. The property was very quiet. There are several good places within a short walking distance to get food. The breakfast room was super clean and organized, and the staff was constantly refilling items and cleaning up the dining room. All Best Western operators should visit this location and learn.

Great location. Housekeeping staff super nice. only thing that deterred from a 5 star experience was one of the guests had a dog that kept on barking well into the night (like 1130 pm). We were all already in bed and was too tired to call the front desk (wasn't sure how they would deal with it anyway)...

We stayed in connection room, we could hear, every talks on the next room. They were shouting, and talking. Moreover she was arguing with her friend on the phone at 4am. AC was running so loud that we had to turn it off in the cold night.

The hotel was clean and the common area had complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Loved the fact that they have shampoo/conditioner/body wash/makeup wipes so no need to pack that. The complimentary breakfast was good too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that people who stayed around us and upstairs didn’t respect the others and they were too noisy. The reception should ask them to not make noise after 10pm.
