The place was nice and clean, and the staff were great. But the mattress has to be replaced, at least in my room 231. The old spring mattress was unevenly sagging. Also, one of the curtains could not be opened properly.

There is no service. Very minimum amenities. The break area was unkept and dirty. Check in was unpleasant. They interviewed us about our service dog and wanted to charge us fees for cleaning the room because we have a dog.

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Location is lacking, really no place to walk around nearby and kind of a down-on-it’s-heels neighborhood. Also not a fan of the $100 pet fee (1-4 nights, so if you’re staying 3-4 nights it’s more reasonable), and the $10/day parking fee; it’s not a busy neighborhood. Breakfast was better than expected!
