The showers in the next room were so loud that our neighbor’s midnight shower woke us up from a deep sleep. Some architect got the plumbing/wall design wrong for sure.

It was clear that our room had not been maintained or cleaned regularly. Musty odors and AV issues (TV, WiFi) did not work properly. Breakfast was ok, but not up to Embassy Suites standards. If you are expecting a typical Embassy Suites experience, you will be disappointed. Value is poor- expensive stay for a location far from wineries and other activities.

The staff was wonderful, it's not their fault they have a broken, old hotel!! Water was dripping from the fire sprinkler in bathroom when we first got there. They quickly switched us to another room, which was nice. But we ordered pizzas, and they got invaded by ants while sitting on the counter!

I felt I was in a ghetto. Couldn't sleep well. The couple above me was having sex well past midnight, and all I heard was the bed rocking, rocking, rocking. The next morning, the people in the room next to me were watching a soccer match on television and kept yelling in Spanish. "Puta!!" was yelled every 10 to 15 seconds. I never felt so tired after staying in a hotel. I couldn't leave soon enough.
