This establishment's primary advantage is its location, which is exceptional. While the amenities, breakfast, and service are comparable to those found in other hotels, the price point would be difficult to justify were it not for the prime location. However, the location was precisely what we were looking for, and it fully met our expectations.

Checked in late and staff was very helpful. Certainly paying for location as there was a stain on the comforter, shower floor was covered in stains, AC didn’t seem to work. Location is great, pool was closed, and overall room cleanliness wasn’t up to par for the price.

The beach view from the couches on the huge palm tree lined sundeck was amazing! We could feel the ocean spray as baby seals frolicked in the gently breaking waves as they rolled across the shoreline.

Watch out they don’t tell you it’s a motel until you get there and see the sign for your self. Not clean at all and they had try to double charge us. I wanted to throw up as it was so gross & creepy!

The motel was in a prime location, overlooking the beach. The staff was ok. There was no one to check us out so I had to find a cleaning lady to tell them we're leaving. The room is clean, but old & needs desperate repair or clean-up. The bathroom window didn't stay open. The tub was filthy and there was no mirror in the bathroom. There was a duct tape on the wall by the door. The furniture was a hodgepodge. We are not coming back.

The room had dirty walls. There was only one small bottle of body wash for three people, so it was used up by the first person. The exterior of the refrigerator was damaged, and one of the room keys did not work. Breakfast consisted only of bagels.u
