The only ding was the bath/shower. It was very slippery, and there was no rubber mat to put down when showering. As someone pushing 80, a fall would be a serious problem. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Rooms are huge including the bathrooms & TV's are also huge:) Everything spotless and tons of natural light in room 12. Liked be able to enter off the street--no hallway:) Everything you could possibly need is provided. Loved a keypad at entry that you could see the numbers in the sunlight! Very walkable to State Street. A real find in Santa Barbara:)

Location is great. There!s parking but it’s a great walkable neighborhood close to State Street. Cute studio with everything we needed. a terrific value too. We will definitely stay there again!

This place was super clean. Top of the line furniture and appliances. They even provided snacks, nespresso pods and boxed waters. Oh and blindfolds, earplugs, slippers and feminine products in the bathroom. It felt super safe as well. Will definitely come back!
