This beautiful Santa Ana home is located in the heart of Orange County! Enjoy the California weather in our pool with diving board and slide or the beach just 10 miles away! This home offers a large private gated front yard and plenty of sleeping space. The whole group will be comfortable in this unique spacious space.

Welcome to our home! This home has a gated entrance and 3,300 sq ft of living space on a huge lot of 15,500 sq ft! This newly remodeled 4 bedrooms and 3 bath home is elegantly furnished and has all your desired amenities. Newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and more! There are 2 very spacious living rooms. One with a large 70 inch Smart TV with super high speed internet that allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. The other with a beautiful reading nook and fireplace to relax by. We also have a super fun game room that includes a pool table, foosball table, board games, and a 70 inch smart TV attached to a balcony. Enjoy the California weather as you lounge in our spacious backyard with a heated pool, spa and chaise lounge chairs or entertain in our patio area with BBQ grill and two large dining table sets. This entire home is for your private use. You will have access to the entire house. Front entry is a keyless code pad. There is a three car garage for your use with a large gated driveway that can fit several more vehicles. 5 vehicles maximum at all times.

This home is a large private two story home in the heart of OC. It is a 20 minute drive to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Huntington Beach, and 45 minutes to Los Angeles. Nearby airports: John Wayne, Long Beach and LAX. Best to have a car to get around or you can use Uber or Lyft car service.

Please do not move furniture
Do not use counter tops as cutting board
Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal
Please empty link filter in dryer after each use
Adult supervision required when children are swimming
No running around, horseplaying or diving into pool
No glass cups/dishes/bowls around pool
Please don’t damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
Turn off lights/fans/AC/pool heater when not in use

Heating the spa takes about 2 hours and costs about $40/day with utilities.
Heating the pool takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day with utilities.
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500 will be an extra charge after checkout

Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Keep all doors and garage closed at all times so mice won't come inside. We do live in the hills!
No more than 5 cars on the premise
Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours
PLEASE PULL OUT TRASH BINS ON THURSDAY NIGHT
If you forget to pull out the trash, furry friends from all over the hills will come burrow through your trash!

Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
No smoking inside our home
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
If there are urine or feces or stains left behind, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250-500 depending on extent of damage
No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed.
No pets unless approved by owners in advance
Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
