Property is close to the shopping center and grocery stores which is a plus. Beds were nice and clean. Host sent list of all the items and instructions how to use. Back yard is big with fruit trees. Its not much. A fire pit with some tables and chirs also BBQ grill would be nice. There were some chairs to sit. Instructions to get in the property was partial given. It took us quite some time to get in the house.Theres a digital lock and regular lock where you need the key. The code was given it opened the digital lock not the regular lock. I tried calling the host/ text the phone number that was showed in the app. I even messged him in the app as well. I saw there is a lock nox next to the door. I tried same code and i was able to open it and found the key for the front door. I walked in i noticed there was hole in the wall by the thermostat and another hole in hallway bathroom. I took pictures and sent to host. He said it was done by previous tenant. Master bathroom needs.nee showe head. Not getting good water presure. House neess some TLC. The links that host sent out about bluetooth speaker/board games and digital lock for garge door. Code for digital door dont work. Theres only 1 boare game and theres no Bluetooth speaker. So the link host sends you, its not fully accurate.overoll this place is not that bad.

This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find. The bed linens were clean and comfortable,but the towels are old and mismatched, those definitely could be replaced. The floors were pretty dirty, you could feel it when walking around and washing your feet in the shower confirmed how dirty they really were.The house smelled musty when we arrived.Lots of flies in the primary & bathrooms.The backyard is messy and rundown. On arrival we weren’t able to get the door to unlock even using the trouble shooting directions given, and additional codes. Luckily, the back sliding glass door was left unlocked so we were able to access the unit. When the host was informed, he stated that the slider was left open on purpose in case the door wouldn’t unlock..which tells me this is a common problem. Maybe getting a new lock would be beneficial. For our entire stay we had to leave the slider unlocked to have access to the property. The host was quick to respond at the beginning of our stay, although I did reach out the day before our departure to ask for another hour after checkout (which we would have paid the 80 fee)but the host didn’t respond.

It was great to stay here. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Clean, and great neighborhood. Will definitely book here again on our upcoming business trip. Hopefully it’s available.
