TRASH: Please take out all trash and place it in the bins on the driveway. Do not use the green bin, that is for green waste. Use the grey or blue bins for landfill and recycle respectively.
A/C: Please turn off the AC/heater.
LOCKING UP: Please lock all exterior doors: backyard bedroom, game room, kitchen side door, and the front door. Please leave the blue driveway gate closed upon leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
