Suite Plumbago is a luxury apartment with private garden and a Jacuzzi located on the ground floor of an exclusive five-star property which includes five property: three suites, one apartment and a magnificent penthouse.



This complex is located in Sant’Agnello, a small town overlooking the Gulf of Naples located between Sorrento, renowned tourist destination that welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every year, and Piano di Sorrento, the commercial hub of the Sorrento peninsula.

Suite Plumbago is located just 2 km far from Sorrento center and it is very close to restaurants, bars and shops, the closest beach is just 200 mt far from the property.



Suite Plumbago is located on the ground floor of the building and it has a private garden with sun beds, a small outdoor Jacuzzi tub, an outside table with chairs where in the morning you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast or “al fresco” meals.



As you enter in this luxury holiday apartment you will find a bright living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table, from the living room you can easily access to the private garden. On one side of the room there is a king size canopy bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with sink, toilet and a walking shower.

Suite Plumbago is about 60 mt2 and can comfortably accommodate 3 people.



The whole apartment is equipped with a strong Wi-fi system and air conditioning.







If you will arrive with your own car there is a nearby garage (approx. 150mt away) you can park your car there at the daily price of €15



Rental rules:

- A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.

- Check-In time is from 15:00 to 20:30, after 20:30 extra cost € 50 for late check-in.

- Check-Out time is by 10:30 am Minimum stay: 2 nights

- A refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage. The rates are inclusive of: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning, concierge services.



Extra costs to be paid in cash upon arrival:

Tourist tax: €4.00 per person per day (for individuals aged 18 and above).

Late check-in supplement after 20:30: € 50.00

Baby crib: € 50.00 per stay

Security deposit: €500.00

On-site parking if available, maximum 2 cars, on a first-come, first-served basis, at €15.00 per day to be paid on-site. Alternatively, it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) for approximately €20.00 per day.
