Casa Evelina – Deluxe Room with Private Terrace & Parking

Casa Evelina welcomes its guests in Sant’Agnello, in a quiet and convenient location just a short distance from Sorrento and perfectly positioned for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. The property consists of three independent units designed to offer comfort, privacy and functionality, with private parking available within the property.



The Deluxe Room is an ideal choice for couples, solo travellers or remote workers looking for a comfortable and independent stay. With its private entrance, the room allows guests to enjoy complete autonomy throughout their stay, making it suitable for both short holidays and longer visits.



The interiors feature a modern and welcoming design, enhanced by vibrant colours that give the space character and personality. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed with quality bed linen, while a wardrobe and well-organised storage spaces make it easy to settle in and feel at home.



The room is equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, providing everything needed for both relaxation and remote working.



One of the highlights of the Deluxe Room is its private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. It is a pleasant outdoor space where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast, take a break during the day or relax in the evening while enjoying the mild Mediterranean atmosphere.



Guests are provided with a complete set of bed linen and three towels per person – face towel, shower towel and bidet towel – as well as a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.



A private parking space is available within the property, offering a convenient and secure solution for guests travelling by car. Having a car is not essential thanks to the location and access to nearby services and public transport, but it can be particularly useful for exploring the surrounding area independently.



Check-in is carried out personally by a member of the Smart Holiday Sorrento team, who will welcome you, hand over the keys and provide all the information you need for your stay. For this reason, it is important to arrange your arrival time with us in advance.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Late arrivals are possible with an additional fee payable in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM and €50 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM.



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A valid ID or passport is required for every guest upon arrival in order to complete the mandatory registration with the relevant Italian authorities.



A tourist tax applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In Sant’Agnello, the amount is €4 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests under the age of 18 are exempt.
