Villa Molly 16 is a lovely 4 bedroom villa with an unbeatable location in the popular resort of Punta Prima. You’ll be less than 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach plus a good choice of restaurants and bars overlooking the seafront. Back at the villa you’ll find an inviting private pool set in attractive gardens, plus bright and airy interiors throughout. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Molly 16 occupies a great central position in the much-loved resort of Punta Prima. A short stroll downhill leads straight to the beautiful sandy beach and the inviting sea. The bars and restaurants are mostly located on the seafront so offer great views towards the lighthouse on the Isle del Aire. There are a couple of mini markets for your daily needs, while a larger supermarket can be found in town of Sant Lluis, 10 minutes’ drive or taxi ride away. There is a bus service to the capital Mahon, just 15 minutes’ drive away, perfect for larger shopping opportunities.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
