Beautiful typical Mallorcan old house, fully restored located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç in a quiet area and surrounded by beautiful views. It is a house of about 150 m2 habitable surrounded by garden, pool and large terraces that make it the perfect place to spend a family holiday. The house is located on a farm of 40,000 m2, formerly it was a single house that was divided into two completely independent houses, with its entrance, garden and private pool.
The house has been restored maintaining the typical character of the old Mallorcan country houses and adding the comforts of modern life.
The center of the town of Sant Llorenç is located 15 minutes walk from the farm so it can be reached by taking a pleasant walk or bike ride.
The house has a cozy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker and a room equipped with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It also has a fully restored bathroom and a washing machine.
Outside, the house has several terraces and a large swimming pool (4x9 m) as well as outdoor furniture, sun beds, umbrellas and gas barbecue.
